I use the easiest method to bake/make/cook, with traditional methods or sometimes I use a Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master, referred to as the thermo or Boris.

BELLINI THERMO INCOMING!!!
Tomorrow I pick up my Bellini, which has been on layby for a few months. I'll be making a mix of standard and gf food and basic ingredients. I am excited!
