I use the easiest method to bake/make/cook, with traditional methods or sometimes I use a Bellini Intelli Kitchen Master, referred to as the thermo or Boris.
Using the taste.com.au mudcake cupcakes recipe as a base I've figured out how to make dark mud cupcakes without using chocolate- just cocoa. Here they are with raspberry frosting for mum's birthday. Anyone want the recipe?
