Chocolate Custard

After cooking the pasta for dinner while I was running around gathering children and equipment for swimming, Boris made custard while we were out.

CHOCOLATE CUSTARD
2 whole eggs
100g caster sugar
30g cocoa powder (but they all vary wildly!)
500g skim milk
85g cornflour

Add zest 1/2 orange for a jaffa kick

Cook 10mins on speed 3, 90degrees.
If it's not set as thick as you'd like, scrape the bottom up really well so any powder that has settled mixes in properly, cook a further 3 mins.

You can set it before you leave for school and it's ready for a warming afternoon tea with sliced bananas on getting home. Easy!
